Role Overview: Gloves Production Manager

Nilufer United Company For Industrial is seeking a Gloves Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations for medical gloves. This full-time, on-site role is based at the company's facility in Al Kharj Industrial City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The manager will be responsible for strategic planning, daily output monitoring, and ensuring strict adherence to international quality and safety standards within the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.
• Coordinate effectively with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to minimize downtime and optimize overall efficiency.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor production progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to production and safety.
• Train and develop production staff, fostering a skilled and capable workforce.
• Manage the inventory of raw materials, ensuring optimal stock levels for continuous production.
