About the Role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking a Government Relations Officer (GRO) to manage and coordinate government relations and official matters for the company. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate government relations and official matters on behalf of SANY Saudi Arabia.
  • Liaise with various Saudi government ministries, authorities, departments, and official entities to complete required procedures and transactions.
  • Handle and follow up on government applications, approvals, permits, licenses, official correspondence, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain professional working relationships with relevant government ministries and authorities.
  • Ensure government-related procedures and transactions are completed accurately and within required timelines.
  • Monitor changes in government requirements, procedures, and regulations, and communicate relevant updates to management.
  • Represent the company professionally when dealing with government entities and officials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary documents and information for government transactions.
  • Maintain organized records of government-related documents, applications, approvals, and correspondence.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of government matters and pending transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Government Relations Officer (GRO) or in a similar government-relations role in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong experience dealing with various Saudi government ministries, authorities, and official entities.
  • Good understanding of Saudi government procedures, regulations, and administrative requirements.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships with government entities.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple government-related tasks and deadlines.
  • A valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.

Work Location

This full-time position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
