The Graduate Engineering Program

Hatch, in collaboration with Ma’aden, is seeking motivated Saudi National engineering graduates for its full-time Graduate Engineering Program. This program is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineering disciplines. It offers an opportunity to develop technical and professional skills within a world-class engineering environment, supporting major mining and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The program aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and localization objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering design, analysis, and project execution within the assigned discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams engaged in mining, metals, and infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to site activities, including inspections and coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Utilize engineering tools and software relevant to the discipline, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, Excel, and various design platforms.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across teams.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a Saudi National engineering graduate with 0-1 years of professional experience. Applicants should hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering and demonstrate a foundational understanding of engineering principles. This role requires individuals who are motivated to contribute to large-scale projects and develop their expertise within a structured program.

Work Environment and Locations

This full-time program offers opportunities in the Riyadh Region. Specific office locations include Riyadh (Business Gate, Servercorp) and Jubail (Chamber of Commerce Building, Al - Shati, Fanateer). The standard working hours are Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
