We are seeking a Graduate Partnerships Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities of the Graduate Partnerships Associate

The Graduate Partnerships Associate will contribute to Snap Inc.'s strategic initiatives by undertaking the following responsibilities:

• Partner with the Head of Partnerships to deliver strategic programs that enhance Snap’s presence and relevance across priority sectors.
• Support ongoing engagements with key government and commercial stakeholders, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Executive Leadership, Talent Partnerships, Marketing, Creative Strategy, Communications, Sales, and Global teams, to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of initiatives.
• Conduct market and partner research to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
• Assist in the development of pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of partnership programs.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and report progress against partnership and business objectives.
• Support the planning and execution of on-ground activations and brand presence at high-profile national events.

Required Experience

This role is suitable for recent graduates or individuals with 0-1 years of professional experience. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of partnership development and stakeholder engagement, coupled with a strong desire to learn and contribute within a dynamic technology environment.

Work Model
