About the SATEL Launchpad Program

Satel operates premium residential communities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, serving a diverse resident base. The company is launching its first Graduate Development Program, SATEL Launchpad, a 4-month paid initiative designed to identify, develop, and place high-caliber graduates within Satel's operational divisions. Participants will engage with live systems from their first day.

Program Structure and Placement

The program begins with a two-week active evaluation period. During this time, participants' performance, attitude, and fit will be assessed. Based on these evaluations, graduates will be placed into a specific division for the remaining duration of the program. While academic background informs the initial recommendation, performance is the determining factor for placement.

Available Operational Divisions

Participants may be placed into one of the following operational units:

• Leasing: Managing tenant inquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling tours, and tracking conversion rates from initial contact to attended tours.
• Listings & Demand: Publishing and maintaining property listings across platforms, ensuring unit visibility, monitoring lead volume, and supporting content delivery for assets.
• Facilities & Services: Executing and following up on maintenance and cleaning requests, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely completion of unit readiness tasks.
• Resident Relations: Managing daily resident communication, logging and resolving complaints, conducting property visits, and identifying potential resident departures.
• Customer Experience: Handling inbound service requests across all channels, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and routing issues to the appropriate teams.
• Revenue Management: Collecting daily performance data, maintaining division dashboards, and flagging deviations from targets promptly.
• Marketing & Growth: Supporting content production, campaign execution, social media publishing, and lead generation activities across marketing platforms.

Candidate Profile

Satel is seeking:

• Fresh graduates of any nationality.
• Individuals with strong English language skills.
• Candidates who are result-driven and capable of immediate action based on feedback.
• Individuals who can receive and act on direct feedback effectively.
• No prior experience is required, as performance is the primary consideration.

Program Terms and Progression

The SATEL Launchpad program includes:

• Duration: 4 months.
• Compensation: Monthly paid stipend.
• Evaluation Checkpoints: At Week 2, Month 2, and Month 4.
• Conversion to Full Employment: This is performance-based and not guaranteed.
