About the Graphic Designer Role at Sweater

Sweater is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Visual Identity Department in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position supports the company's marketing and brand needs across both digital and print channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, efficiency, and adaptability, possessing a strong eye for design and the ability to produce high-quality work within established deadlines.

Core Responsibilities

• Design visual content for digital platforms, including social media posts, stories, reels, advertisements, and campaign assets.
• Produce print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, and other marketing collateral, ensuring correct file setup and export specifications.
• Perform basic video editing and simple motion/animation tasks, including short social videos, trims, captions, and transitions.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand stakeholders to ensure consistent and on-brand visual outputs.
• Manage multiple design requests concurrently while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure attention to detail, quality control, and visual consistency across all produced materials.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and creative output, such as concept generation, mockups, and image enhancement, while upholding brand integrity.

Required Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with strong expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics and animation.
• Solid understanding of social media design formats and best practices, including fast turnaround times and versioning.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Experience preparing files for both digital and print production.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience and Attributes

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Familiarity with branding systems and campaign-based design.
