Role Summary

GUIDE is seeking a part-time, remote Graphic Designer to enhance its visual presence across social media platforms. This role focuses on translating GUIDE's research-led perspective, brand identity, and ideas into clear, distinctive, and engaging social content. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating various digital assets that align with the company's visual direction and effectively communicate complex ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, stories, and campaign assets for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual direction to strengthen GUIDE's brand image and recognition.
• Create adaptable design templates to ensure consistency and efficiency in ongoing content production.
• Translate research insights, strategy concepts, and business stories into clear and engaging visual narratives.
• Collaborate on creative directions and content ideas to improve reach, engagement, and audience interaction.
• Provide design support for presentations, reports, and marketing materials as needed.
• Refine designs based on feedback while adhering to agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social media.
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand identity and complex ideas into visual content.
• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to digital asset creation.

Work Environment

This is a part-time, remote position. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the GUIDE team to ensure a consistent social media image and contribute creative ideas that support engagement and audience growth.
