Group Conference and Events Sales Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Group Conference and Events Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for driving revenue through strategic Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) sales efforts, focusing on delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize group, conference, and event sales opportunities through proactive selling strategies and strong conversion of customer inquiries.
• Review business plans, identify revenue gaps, and implement initiatives to fill capacity and meet commercial targets.
• Align departmental activity with the hotel’s selling strategy, ensuring compliance and adaptability to market conditions.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics and strengthen the hotel’s competitive positioning.
• Conduct regular spot checks on bookings to support audit readiness and high-quality execution across systems and procedures.
• Organize and participate in promotional activities to increase visibility and drive GCE business.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
