The Role: Growth and Program Manager

NeoStats is seeking an experienced remittance professional for a contract position as a Growth and Program Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting the execution of strategic initiatives to grow remittance volumes, enhance digital capabilities, strengthen partner relationships, and ensure timely delivery of key business projects. The manager will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of initiatives to increase remittance transaction volumes.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, activation, retention, and usage.
• Analyze remittance performance trends and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.
• Support the optimization of existing remittance products and services.
• Lead the execution of strategic remittance projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and governance materials.
• Coordinate activities across business, product, technology, operations, compliance, and partner teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of agreed milestones and business objectives.
• Act as a key liaison between clients, MTOs, aggregators, correspondent partners, and fintech partners.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities with external partners.
• Support commercial and operational discussions to strengthen existing relationships and unlock new opportunities.
• Support initiatives to grow adoption of digital remittance channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience across digital journeys.
• Assist in the launch of new corridors, partnerships, and value-added remittance services.
• Monitor developments in the Saudi and international remittance landscape.
• Track competitor activity, emerging customer needs, and market trends.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as a remittance professional.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting strategic initiatives related to remittance growth and digital enhancement.
• Proven ability in project and program management, including developing and maintaining project documentation.
• Experience in partner management and coordinating with external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance trends and market intelligence.
