Growth & Market Specialist

About the Role

Futu Holdings is seeking a Growth & Market Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing and optimizing paid media strategies across various channels to drive growth and market presence within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage AppsFlyer tracking to monitor campaign performance, attribution, conversions, and ROI.
• Plan and manage influencer advertising campaigns, including selection, coordination, execution, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising across KSA, covering key business districts, malls, digital screens, and other strategic locations.
• Identify and manage advertising opportunities across relevant local applications in KSA to maximize reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Manage programmatic advertising activities, ensuring effective audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance.
• Coordinate TV commercials, news coverage, and media placements to support brand awareness and campaign objectives.
• Work closely with the Global Marketing Team to develop, align, localize, and execute the KSA paid media plan.
• Manage media budgets, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in growth and market specialization.
• Ability to measure and optimize returns on paid media investment (ROI/ROAS).
• Proficiency in monitoring and improving customer acquisition efficiency (CAC).
• Experience in tracking app installations, registrations, and customer acquisition.
• Competence in monitoring campaign performance, including reach, engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure effective budget utilization and optimize spending across various media channels.
• Capability to ensure timely execution of the KSA paid media plan in alignment with the Global Marketing Team.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves close coordination with a global marketing team to ensure localized strategies align with overall company objectives.
