About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of services to guide guests through their entire stay, taking initiative to address their needs.
• Process operational requirements and respond to guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Share information about local attractions and highlights to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
