About the Guest Experience Expert Role
Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role requires initiative and a proactive approach to delivering a wide range of services throughout a guest's stay.
Core Responsibilities
Guest Experience Experts are empowered to manage various aspects of guest services and operational needs. This includes processing operational requirements, responding to guest requests, completing necessary reports, and providing local area insights. A key part of the role involves assisting guests with luggage, including loading/unloading vehicles and transporting items to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas, ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
Essential Job Functions and Physical Demands
This role requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet for extended periods, standing, sitting, or walking. They will navigate various spaces, including narrow, confined, or elevated areas, and ascend/descend stairs or service ramps. The physical demands include the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also integral parts of the job.
