This role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to manage various aspects of a guest's stay and contribute to a seamless and engaging visit.

Role Overview

Guest Experience Experts are responsible for delivering a wide range of services throughout a guest's entire stay. This involves taking initiative to address operational needs, fulfill guest requests, complete necessary reports, and share local insights. The aim is to ensure all guest interactions feel integrated into their overall experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

This role requires 0-1 years of experience. Candidates should be prepared for physical demands including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The role also involves a hands-on approach, requiring the ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
