Role Overview: Guest Services Officer

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Guest Services Officer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is central to ensuring a positive guest experience within airport lounges across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aligning with company standards and admission procedures. The officer will be responsible for delivering courteous, efficient, and responsive service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest services in airport lounges, adhering to company standards and admission procedures.
• Handle guest check-in processes and ensure compliance with lounge admission guidelines.
• Greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests at lounge entrances and reception areas.
• Assist guests with internet access, baggage arrangements, shower access, and nap room bookings.
• Conduct regular checks of all lounge areas and report any maintenance or cleaning requirements.
• Promote lounge services and facilities while professionally handling guest requests and complaints.
• Manage lost and found items and maintain accurate documentation.
• Handle confidential guest information with integrity and discretion.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and take appropriate immediate actions as required.
• Maintain accurate records of cash flows, receipts, and related documentation.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor in line with operational requirements.
