Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Hair Stylist & Hair Color Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and hair treatments, with a passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform professional haircuts, blow-drying, and hairstyling according to clients’ preferences.
* Provide hair coloring services, including full color, root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, ombré, and color correction.
* Perform hair treatments, including hydration, repair, and deep-conditioning treatments.
* Consult with clients to assess their hair condition, recommend suitable styles, and select appropriate colors and treatments.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and workplace organization.
* Ensure the safe and proper use of hair products, tools, and equipment.
* Stay updated on the latest hair trends, coloring techniques, and industry standards.
* Recommend suitable hair care products and aftercare routines to clients.
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
* Maintain an organized workstation and follow salon policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Proven experience as a professional hair stylist and hair color specialist.
* Strong skills in hair cutting, blow-drying, styling, and hair coloring techniques.
* Knowledge of hair color formulation, color mixing, bleaching, toning, and color correction.
* Ability to assess hair condition and recommend appropriate services.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Professional appearance, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced salon environment.
* Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
