The Role of Handover Officer

OSUS is seeking a Handover Officer to manage the unit handover process for customers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves direct interaction with customers to ensure a smooth transition of property ownership. The Handover Officer will be responsible for coordinating appointments, conducting inspections, and managing all related documentation and follow-up procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage unit handover appointments with customers.
• Conduct joint unit inspections and verify the readiness of units.
• Explain unit details, warranties, and after-sales procedures to customers.
• Handle all handover documentation in accordance with real estate procedures.
• Log and follow up on snags and defects with technical teams.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Update customer records and handover status on the CRM system.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage appointments and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail for unit inspections and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for updating customer records.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a contract basis. The Handover Officer will work closely with technical teams and directly with customers, requiring a professional and service-oriented approach.
