Property Administrator

About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Property Administrator to manage the external handover process with customers. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves direct interaction with clients to ensure a smooth and professional transition of completed units, focusing on property details, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the handover stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the external handover process with customers.
• Conduct unit inspections with clients and explain property features and systems.
• Ensure all handover documentation is complete, accurate, and properly signed.
• Address customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information about the property.
• Record and report any defects or issues raised by customers and follow up for resolution.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to ensure a positive handover experience.
• Liaise with internal teams (engineering, maintenance, and property management) to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and handover status.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The salary for this position will be disclosed during the interview process.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in the real estate, property management, or construction industry.
• Familiarity with handover procedures and customer service best practices.

Work Location

This role is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah.
