Al Bawani Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hard Services Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the operational excellence of critical building systems and infrastructure within our projects.

The Role of Hard Services Lead

The Hard Services Lead will be responsible for overseeing all hard services operations, focusing on the safe and efficient functioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Fire & Life Safety (FLS) systems. This role involves leadership, technical oversight, and strategic coordination to maintain high service standards and compliance across all managed facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all hard services operations, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of MEP and FLS systems.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Plan, monitor, and verify preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
• Coordinate shutdowns, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities with stakeholders.
• Review maintenance reports, technical documentation, and contractor performance.
• Support asset reliability initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure all works are performed in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer recommendations, and client requirements.
• Manage resource allocation, work planning, and performance of the hard services team.
• Provide technical guidance and support during emergencies and critical system failures.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in managing hard services operations, particularly with MEP and FLS systems. A proven track record in supervising teams and coordinating with subcontractors is essential for success in this role.
