The Opportunity: Hard Services Lead

Land Sterling is seeking an experienced Hard Services Lead to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing technical facilities management activities, ensuring the efficient operation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, and maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities and ensure the technical readiness of facilities.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Review preventive maintenance schedules and ensure their timely completion.
• Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure the delivery of quality services.
• Identify technical issues, assess associated risks, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Review permits to work, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Monitor equipment performance, maintenance backlogs, and recurring faults.
• Prepare technical reports and provide performance updates.
• Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and client representatives.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
