About Reef Group and the Role

Reef Group (مجموعة ريف) is seeking a Head of AI Content to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading the development and execution of AI-powered content strategies that support our marketing and creative initiatives across the group.

Role Purpose and Strategic Focus

The primary objective of this role is to leverage Generative AI technologies to produce high-quality marketing content, enhance creative workflows, and drive innovation across digital campaigns. The Head of AI Content will play a critical role in integrating advanced AI capabilities into our content creation processes, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee AI-generated copy, visuals, and creative concepts, ensuring strict alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Design, Social Media, Branding, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful and cohesive campaigns.
• Establish and implement best practices for efficient and effective AI-powered content production.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to ensure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI Content team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• 4–6 years of professional experience in content, creative, or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with various Generative AI tools and platforms.
• Proven strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team towards strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication abilities, fluent in both Arabic and English.
