About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an AI Product & Business Translation Lead to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on bridging the gap between business objectives, product strategy, and artificial intelligence capabilities. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in defining AI use cases, developing AI-driven product strategies, engaging executive stakeholders, and driving the successful adoption of AI solutions across organizations.

This position demands a solid understanding of business transformation, AI capabilities, and product lifecycle management, coupled with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize AI use cases that align with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Develop AI product strategies, roadmaps, and adoption frameworks.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, data scientists, and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions and product initiatives.
• Evaluate AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, scalability, and impact.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
• Support AI adoption initiatives by creating awareness, enablement plans, and change management strategies.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for AI product initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Support governance, prioritization, and lifecycle management of AI solutions.
• Identify industry trends and emerging AI capabilities to recommend strategic opportunities.

Required Skills and Expertise

Candidates should demonstrate strong capabilities in the following areas:

• AI Use Case Strategy: Experience in AI use case definition, identification of business opportunities for AI adoption, evaluation of AI feasibility, business impact, and implementation roadmap. Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business solutions.
• Product Strategy & Management: Strong experience in AI product strategy and roadmap development, defining product vision, priorities, success metrics, and adoption strategies. Understanding of product lifecycle management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and executive teams. Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, and experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and executive discussions.
• AI Adoption & Change Enablement: Experience driving AI adoption across organizations, developing adoption frameworks, training strategies, and business enablement plans. Understanding of organizational change management principles.
• Business Translation: Expertise in translating AI capabilities, driving measurable business outcomes, and providing strategic decision support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and deliver business outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered products.
• Exposure to cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
• Experience in enterprise transformation programs and innovation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and risk management.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
