Role Overview

As an AI Consultant, this role focuses on the Oil & Gas and Utilities sectors across the Middle East and Africa. The primary objective is to identify, shape, and accelerate AI transformation opportunities for clients. This involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their business priorities, and defining value-driven AI initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify, shape, and accelerate AI transformation opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, engaging senior stakeholders to understand business priorities.
• Define value-driven AI initiatives and develop strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and adoption roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering teams, delivery teams, sellers, and ecosystem partners to convert client challenges into practical AI solutions.
• Lead workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews.
• Develop business cases, proposals, ROI models, and proof-of-concept plans.
• Play a key role in moving opportunities from initial discussion through to successful engagement.
• Help shape regional market demand and contribute to the evolution of AI offerings.
• Bring insights from client conversations back into the business to strengthen the go-to-market approach.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The position requires a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of balancing strategic thinking, client engagement, and commercial outcomes within a fast-moving environment. A willingness to travel across the Middle East and Africa as required is essential.
