Sahra Star is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Safety Environment Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position crucial for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our projects.

Role Overview

The Health Safety Environment Manager will be responsible for leading HSE initiatives and fostering a robust safety culture within the organization. This role involves overseeing HSE operations, preparing essential technical reports, and ensuring adherence to industry standards, particularly within the building construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HSE teams to ensure effective implementation of safety protocols.
• Promote and maintain a proactive safety culture across all general contracting projects.
• Prepare comprehensive HSE-related technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• 10–20 years of experience in general contracting projects, with a specific focus on the Building Construction sector.

Required Certifications

Candidates must hold one or more of the following certifications:

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)
• NEBOSH Diploma
• OSHA Construction Standards

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate HSE teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving license.
