Health & Safety Manager (Saudi National)

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Health & Safety Manager (Saudi National) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves assisting the program manager in administering Safety, Health, and Environment (SH&E) programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the project or program manager with the administration of SH&E programs.
• Conduct audits of projects and their worksites to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Inspect worksites to identify hazards and provide expertise to project personnel for the elimination or control of SH&E risks.
• Prepare and submit written audit and inspection reports.
• Monitor project or program work planning and performance, verifying adherence to Parsons’ Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program (ESHARP) management system.
• Implement Parsons’ occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.
• Perform trend analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports, and submit regular analysis reports.
• Deliver regulatory and best practice SH&E training.
• Create and maintain SH&E training records.
• Participate in routine safe work briefings.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in health and safety management. The position requires a Saudi National.
