Role Overview: Assistant Manager - Housekeeping

The Assistant Manager - Housekeeping will be a key member of the Rooms Division team at Hyatt Regency Riyadh-Olaya. This full-time role involves supporting the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation are consistently met throughout the hotel. This position is suitable for a motivated hospitality professional aiming to advance their leadership career within a world-class hotel brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet Hyatt brand standards.
• Supervise and motivate housekeeping colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
• Support colleague training, coaching, and performance management initiatives.
• Monitor housekeeping inventories, supplies, and equipment levels.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
