About the Role

Philips is seeking a HPM CIP Technical Consultant & Support professional to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working closely with clients to understand their technical environments and provide advanced, customized solutions aligned with their strategic objectives. The consultant will operate under direct supervision, focusing on implementing robust and scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their technical landscapes and offer advanced recommendations and custom solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.
• Implement sophisticated design documentation, comprehensive system architectures, detailed configuration plans, and rigorous testing frameworks under direct supervision.
• Resolve intricate technical issues through advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis, providing proactive support to prevent future challenges.
• Document detailed technical solutions, create extensive support procedures, and develop troubleshooting guides for knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Enhance the organization’s knowledge base by identifying, documenting, and sharing best practices and standardized processes.
• Implement configuration management and version control techniques to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in technical solution deployments.
• Assess customer systems through comprehensive health checks, identifying and addressing potential issues to optimize performance and reliability.
• Scrutinize customer environments to implement strategic improvements for system performance, robustness, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to integrate client feedback into product and service enhancements.
• Prepare advanced technical reports, in-depth analyses, and strategic updates for stakeholders on system performance, issue resolution, and future recommendations.
• Support critical implementation and deployment projects, managing advanced system configuration, seamless integration, and thorough performance tuning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical environments and provide tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in system architecture implementation, configuration planning, and testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills for advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis.
• Ability to document technical solutions and create comprehensive support procedures.
