Associate Technical Consultant

About the Role

Plat4mation Saudi Arabia is seeking two Associate Technical Consultants to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients across various industries. The Associate Technical Consultant will work alongside experienced consultants, project teams, and client stakeholders to configure, test, document, and support ServiceNow applications, contributing to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Assist in configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalogs, and platform capabilities.
• Participate in testing, issue resolution, and solution validation activities.
• Support requirements gathering, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with system administration, data preparation, deployment activities, and user support.
• Participate in project workshops, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support project planning, progress tracking, and service improvement initiatives.
