About the Role

Servier is seeking an HR Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring efficient and effective HR operations across KSA, maintaining compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and Servier’s values. The HR Officer will contribute to fostering a positive and engaging work environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for KSA-based positions, including advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Support hiring managers to achieve high-quality recruitment outcomes and ensure practices align with internal guidelines and Saudization/localization requirements. Build candidate pipelines through various channels.
• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Act as the primary liaison for HR third-party agencies (PRO services) and ensure compliance with Saudi labor law. Manage end-to-end onboarding, including document collection, hardware/software readiness, and administration of visas, work permits, and Iqama procedures. Handle employee registration, contract creation, and profile maintenance on local government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem). Execute offboarding formalities such as contract terminations and SEHA license cancellations, and conduct exit interviews where applicable. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries in Saudi Arabia. Drive local employee engagement and well-being initiatives, including events, celebrations, and activities.
• Financial Reporting: Provide accurate reports to the finance department (expenses, bills, GOSI). Maintain and track HR-related financial records, prepare HR/Finance reports (*, payroll, GOSI, HRDF, MHRSD), and ensure alignment between HR data and Finance requirements for audits and compliance.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws, GOSI, HRDF, and Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (MHRSD) requirements. Support internal/external audits and maintain alignment with company HR policies. Track Saudization progress and support localization strategies. Partner with the HRBP – Middle East on regional HR initiatives, policy rollouts, and talent programs, sharing local HR insights and labor market updates.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant HR role.
