About the Role

Al Majed *** is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves overseeing the HR Operations team and daily HR activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The supervisor will provide operational HR support to branches and departments, managing employee services and related HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the HR Operations team, distributing tasks and monitoring performance to ensure accurate and timely completion of HR transactions.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, coaching them on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including managing employee files, records, and employment data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Manage employee transfers, promotions, job changes, and termination procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor attendance, absenteeism, lateness, and employee leave in coordination with various departments.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudization/Nationalization ratios and job localization requirements, preparing and monitoring related reports.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly HR reports covering headcount, attendance, leave, employee movements, and Saudization data.
  • Manage employee medical insurance, including additions, deletions, renewals, and resolving inquiries with providers.
  • Coordinate employee airline ticket bookings for vacations, business travel, and other approved requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, HR regulations, and internal policies, maintaining confidentiality of employee records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Key Performance Indicators

  • HR Operations team performance and productivity.
  • Timely completion and accuracy of HR transactions and employee records.
  • Timely submission of weekly and monthly HR reports.
  • Achievement and maintenance of targeted Saudization/Nationalization ratios and job localization compliance.
  • Timely and accurate submission of payroll inputs.
  • Response time and resolution rate for employee HR inquiries.
  • Efficiency of medical insurance administration and employee travel services.
  • Compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise a team and manage daily HR operations effectively.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and government platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring close coordination with various branches and departments within Al Majed ****
