HSE Workplace Experience Officer

About the Role

Sanofi is seeking an HSE-Workplace Experience Officer to join the Greater Gulf MCO team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the safety, compliance, and smooth operation of the Riyadh site and workplace through hands-on monitoring, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Context

The successful candidate will contribute to Sanofi's internal operations, helping to streamline work processes, scale initiatives, and accelerate business impact. This role is integral to shaping safer and smarter working methods that support the delivery of life-changing treatments globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to HSE management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance with operational control procedures, permits, licenses, and statutory obligations, including those of contractors and service providers regarding HSE and workplace experience.
• Coordinate and oversee workplace experience and HSE programs, including fire safety, emergency equipment, life-safety systems, training, and periodic reviews.
• Lead workplace risk assessments and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, drills, and business continuity activities.
• Investigate facility-related incidents and non-conformities, collaborating with the Workplace Experience team to maintain a safe workplace.
• Maintain HSE documentation, compliance records, and audit/inspection reports, liaising with landlords, vendors, and workplace teams as necessary.
