About the Role

Datacore Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager within the Human Resources Department. The role is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Manager in overseeing and executing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with the Saudi Labor Law, applicable regulations, and internal company policies. This position contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and achieving organizational objectives across employee affairs, recruitment, payroll, and performance management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in implementing HR strategies and operational plans.
  • Oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Supervise employee relations and maintain personnel records.
  • Review employment contracts, leave requests, disciplinary actions, promotions, and employment status changes.
  • Review monthly payroll inputs and payroll-related changes prior to approval.
  • Support the performance management process and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with the Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Monitor Saudization requirements and compliance with government regulations.
  • Manage government HR electronic services and related platforms.
  • Coordinate the renewal of iqama and medical insurance with the relevant departments.
  • Handle employee inquiries and grievances, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management.
  • Recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily HR operations and assigned activities.

Scope of Authority

  • Supervise day-to-day HR operations within the assigned scope of responsibility.
  • Review and approve HR transactions within delegated authority.
  • Coordinate with government authorities on HR-related matters.

Performance Metrics

  • Time-to-fill vacant positions.
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Employee satisfaction.
  • Accuracy of employee records.
  • Achievement of Saudization targets.
  • Timely resolution of employee requests and grievances.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Saudi Labor Law, applicable regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Familiarity with government HR electronic services and related platforms.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Human Resources Assistant will work within a professional HR department, contributing to a compliant and efficient operational framework.
