About the Role

Agility Logistics (KSA) is seeking a Human Resources Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and is central to leading various HR functions, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, and supporting strategic HR initiatives that align with company goals.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Lead will be an integral part of the human resources team, playing a key part in supervising the HR team. This role involves partnering with business leaders on critical areas such as workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and people risk. The Lead will also act as the primary liaison between country businesses and Corporate HR regarding strategy, governance, and people initiatives, escalating significant compliance or organizational risks as needed and participating in regional and corporate HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, mobility, and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and HR operations with Corporate HR and shared services, ensuring the maintenance of accurate workforce data.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Drive engagement and retention initiatives to promote a positive and high-performing organizational culture.
  • Lead workforce localization initiatives and advise business leaders on compliance with national employment targets and requirements.
  • Partner with leaders to attract, develop, and retain local talent, building relationships with educational institutions and external partners to strengthen national talent pipelines.
  • Support national talent development programs and initiatives that contribute to long-term workforce sustainability and capability building.
  • Support the development and visibility of the company's employer brand in KSA, positioning the organization as an employer of choice in the local market.
  • Leverage external partnerships, talent events, and community engagement to strengthen brand presence and attract top local talent.

Government Relations and Workforce Compliance

  • Manage workforce-related government transactions and labor compliance through platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment, immigration, and labor regulations.
  • Monitor the evolving KSA regulatory and legislative landscape, proactively advising business leaders and Corporate HR on required actions and potential impacts.
  • Drive Saudization initiatives and provide support for work authorization, employment registration, and regulatory audits.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Human Resources Lead position should possess 5-10 years of experience in human resources, ideally within a lead or business partner capacity, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR functions and KSA labor regulations.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, offering an opportunity to work within a dynamic logistics environment and contribute to the strategic human resources objectives of Agility Logistics (KSA).
