About the Role

Paramount Computer Systems is seeking an IAM Business Analyst specializing in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on managing and driving the application onboarding pipeline, bridging the gap between business application owners and technical engineering teams to ensure applications are ready for integration with IGA solutions such as SailPoint IIQ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for application owners, business sponsors, and custodians, guiding stakeholders through the IAM onboarding lifecycle, communicating prerequisites, managing expectations, and driving accountability for deliverables.
  • Conduct application feasibility and readiness assessments to evaluate application architecture against SailPoint IIQ capabilities and determine appropriate integration approaches (Direct Connector, Feed File, API).
  • Identify application readiness gaps and coordinate necessary actions to prepare applications for IGA onboarding, initiating and managing internal change requests for APIs, database queries/stored procedures, delimited reports, and other integration components.
  • Perform high-level testing and validation of application data delivery methods, including reviewing CSV/TXT feed files, database schemas, SQL queries, and REST/SOAP API payloads to validate data quality and integration readiness.
  • Translate business access requirements into technical IAM artifacts, such0 as Application Onboarding Profiles, entitlement mapping schemas, correlation rules, and birthright access definitions.
  • Manage the application onboarding pipeline and backlog, identify readiness bottlenecks, track dependencies, and provide regular status updates to IAM leadership to support project planning and realignment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, particularly SailPoint IIQ.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and integration methods.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and liaison.
  • Proficiency in assessing application readiness and managing change requests.
