About the Opportunity

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced IBM Safer Payments Support & Implementation Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves implementing, supporting, and optimizing fraud prevention solutions for a prominent financial institution, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of IBM Safer Payments solutions, from initial implementation and configuration to ongoing production support and optimization. This position focuses on ensuring the effective operation of fraud prevention systems within a critical financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain IBM Safer Payments solutions.
• Provide production/L2-L3 support, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Configure and optimize fraud rules, scenarios, workflows, and scoring models.
• Support integrations with various payment platforms, APIs, and messaging systems.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system upgrades, deployments, and post-production support activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and continuous system performance monitoring.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Safer Payments.
• Strong knowledge of fraud detection and payment processing principles.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and SQL.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integration concepts.
• Understanding of ISO 8583 is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
