About the Opportunity

ES Consulting is seeking to appoint two Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialists to join our resident cybersecurity team. These contract positions are based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting a leading government entity.

Role Purpose

The IAM Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing identity and access controls within a critical operational environment. This role focuses on ensuring robust security protocols and efficient access governance for the supported government entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full identity lifecycle, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes, and automated provisioning workflows.
• Review and track access requests, ensuring adherence to proper approvals and governance frameworks.
• Execute access certification campaigns and address orphaned, inactive, or over-privileged accounts.
• Administer and enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and investigate authentication failures and suspicious access attempts.
• Govern privileged access management (PAM), including session monitoring, just-in-time access, least privilege principles, and segregation of duties.
• Provide support for audits through identity governance reporting and periodic operational reports.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and enterprise IAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and various access control models.
• Practical experience applying Zero Trust principles and modern authentication methods.

Work Environment and Contract Details

This is an on-site contract role within a resident cybersecurity team, directly supporting a government entity in Riyadh. The position requires full-time presence at the client's location.
