About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking an Identity Management Consultant SME to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting clients in developing, implementing, and optimizing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring robust security and efficient identity governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Develop policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity and access management, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, and permission auditing.
• Conduct assessments of existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with clients to formulate IAM strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Define technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions.
• Advise on the implementation of new IAM features tailored to specific client environments.
• Establish communication channels between the IAM team and business stakeholders, capturing evolving requirements and communicating the IAM program roadmap.
• Focus on the efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
• Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with business processes and security policies.
• Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements across systems and applications.
• Provide guidance on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate IGA solutions.
• Provide training and support to client teams for adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
• Interact with vendors and service providers regarding contractual agreements for the IAM platform.
• Prepare updates and reports for management.

Required Experience and Professional Skills

• Proven track record with 4+ years of experience in IT services and information security.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working specifically on identity and access management.
• Prior consulting experience and excellent customer-facing skills are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work and contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven multitasking skills in a fast-paced work setting.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Technical Proficiencies and System Knowledge

• Familiarity with identity and access management systems such as Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, ADFS, MDM Intune, and Office 365.
• Experience with IAM systems like SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell, and directories such as LDAP and AD.
• Practical experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Role Engineering.

Preferred Certifications

• SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate Certification.
• BeyondTrust PAM/EPM and PRA Remote certifications.
• OCJP/SCJP certification.
