About the Role

KANR for Plastic Industries is seeking an IML Production Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position in Ushairat Sudair, Riyadh. KANR, established in 2016, is a leading plastic manufacturer specializing in high-quality IML (In-Mold Labeling) packaging, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and reliable supply chain services. The IML Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The IML Production Supervisor will manage daily production activities, focusing on operational efficiency and quality control. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Managing production schedules and coordinating with teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensuring product quality standards are consistently met.
• Optimizing resource allocation and monitoring performance for operational efficiency.
• Implementing advanced techniques and leveraging new technologies to meet customer demands.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Demonstrated supervisory skills, including leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in production management, overseeing end-to-end processes.
• Knowledge of IML packaging is advantageous.
• Previous experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Work Location and Compensation
