The Role of Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor for Plastic holds a critical role in overseeing the entire production flow of polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion lines. This position ensures that production plans are consistently met and that product quality standards are rigorously maintained. A key aspect of this role involves direct management and objective setting for the production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the production flow for polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion lines.
• Ensure that production plans are completed within the established timeframe.
• Verify production output against specified requirements and standards.
• Ensure the quality of manufactured products is consistently maintained in accordance with the Quality Plan.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and effectively communicate these to employees.

Team Leadership and Management
