Al Saghyir Boilers & Pressure Vessels Factory is seeking a dedicated Industrial Electrician to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment critical to the factory's operations. The role involves working with boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and associated production machinery within a heavy industrial environment.

The company serves the oil, gas, petrochemical, and water sectors across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region, known for delivering high-quality fabricated steel products on schedule. AB&P operates from a 19,000 sq. meter facility in Riyadh Second Industrial City and holds ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, alongside ASME certifications for pressure vessels ("U" stamp), boilers ("S" stamp), and pressure piping ("PP" stamp), reflecting a strong commitment to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and accurately interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Perform electrical wiring, cable routing, and termination.
• Conduct troubleshooting of equipment faults, control circuits, and instrumentation.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on control panels, welding machines, hydraulic systems, motors, and power distribution systems.
• Inspect electrical installations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
• Coordinate effectively with mechanical and production teams to support continuous operations.
• Document all maintenance activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Adhere strictly to company safety procedures and contribute to improvements in reliability and energy efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Demonstrated proficiency in maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial electrical machinery, panels, and control systems.
• Proven experience with electrical wiring, cable routing, and panel wiring in accordance with relevant codes and company standards.
• Previous experience in steel fabrication, oil and gas, or similar heavy industry is preferred; experience in ISO- or ASME-certified facilities is beneficial.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of industrial electricity and power distribution systems, including safe work practices with high- and low-voltage equipment.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for electrical faults, control circuits, and instrumentation in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Ability to effectively read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in using electrical test instruments and diagnostic tools.
• Awareness of safety regulations and best practices for working with boilers, pressure vessels, and in hazardous industrial environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary technical teams and follow established procedures.
