The Role of Information Technology Engineer

Industry360˚ is seeking an Information Technology Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and support the IT infrastructure that underpins the company's Industrial Intelligence Platform. The Information Technology Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and secure technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage networks and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure secure and reliable connectivity between IT and OT (Operational Technology) environments.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
• Implement best practices for network security.
• Assist with system upgrades, configurations, and performance optimization initiatives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Information Technology Engineer will work as part of a team, collaborating closely with various departments to support the company's technology infrastructure.
