The Role: Supervisor, IT PMO / Service Management

Alsalam Aerospace Industries is seeking a Supervisor – IT PMO / Service Management to lead and oversee the organization's IT Project Management Office (PMO) and IT Service Management (ITSM) functions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for governing IT projects, service management processes, change management, IT governance, vendor performance, service delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives, aligning IT operations with business objectives and enterprise governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the IT Project Management Office (PMO) and govern the enterprise IT project portfolio.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource utilization, ensuring successful project execution and consistent application of governance standards.
• Prepare executive dashboards, portfolio reports, and project performance metrics.
• Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) operations, governing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Level Management processes.
• Monitor service performance, operational KPIs, and continual service improvement initiatives to ensure IT services meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Supervise IT Governance and Change Management activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and IT audit recommendations.
• Support governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives, maintaining audit readiness and participating in internal and external audits.
• Manage relationships with vendors and managed service providers, monitoring performance against contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Support IT financial planning and cost optimization initiatives, monitoring operational costs, resource utilization, and service efficiency.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT Project Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), PMO, or IT Governance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in IT financial management, budgeting, contract management, and resource planning.
• Experience working with enterprise ITSM and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms.

Essential Skills and Leadership

This role requires strong leadership capabilities, project governance expertise, and effective stakeholder management. The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and support PMO and Service Management team members, fostering collaboration across infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and business teams. Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and executive management is key to driving continuous improvement and operational maturity across IT functions.
