About the Role
COMM-IT MIDDLE EAST LLC is seeking a PMO Specialist (IT) to join its team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is dedicated to developing and enhancing Project Management Office (PMO) strategies, processes, and capabilities specifically within the IT domain. The role requires a professional with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
Strategic PMO Development
The PMO Specialist will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to optimize digital investments and improve business process effectiveness. Key activities include:
- Developing PMO strategic plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Optimizing digital investments and identifying opportunities to enhance business process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Understanding various approaches to building program/project dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Developing new PMO processes to support organizational goals.
Operational Oversight and Enhancement
This role involves active participation in the operational management and continuous improvement of PMO functions. Responsibilities include:
- Performing enhancement activities on methodologies, processes, governance frameworks, tools, and templates.
- Identifying, categorizing, and assessing Project Managers’ skills and levels across all program functions.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the digital program portfolio.
Portfolio Management and Compliance
The specialist will ensure robust portfolio management and adherence to regulatory standards, focusing on:
- Tracking project master schedules, classification, and prioritization to enhance portfolio management capabilities.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, legislation, policies, and procedures applicable to all projects.
- Following up with Project Managers to ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery that meets business needs and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintaining and improving standards, tools, and templates to ensure high-quality selection, gating, and delivery of programs/projects.
Required Qualifications
Candidates for this position must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Saudi nationality is required.

This is a full-time role based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, offering an opportunity to contribute to the IT PMO functions within COMM-IT MIDDLE EAST LLC.
