About the Role

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This contract position involves supporting the planning, coordination, governance, and reporting of large-scale programmes and projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining project controls, monitoring performance, preparing reports, and ensuring projects align with established governance frameworks and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the PMO Lead in the planning, coordination, and governance of multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and action trackers.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies), decision logs, and action registers.
  • Develop programme dashboards, KPI reports, status reports, and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate project governance meetings, planning workshops, and stakeholder review sessions.
  • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation.
  • Maintain project documentation, templates, governance records, and reporting standards.
  • Support resource planning, budget tracking, and project performance reporting.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination.
  • Assist in operational readiness activities, implementation planning, testing, and programme assurance where required.
  • Ensure all programme documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with PMO governance standards.
  • Contribute to lessons learned activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and project close-out documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Event Management, Sports Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 4–7 years of experience in a PMO, Project Coordination, Programme Management Office, Project Controls, or Project Management role is required. Experience supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential. Familiarity with project governance frameworks, scheduling methodologies, and reporting best practices is expected. Experience supporting major sporting events, stadium developments, infrastructure projects, government programmes, or other large-scale initiatives is advantageous.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Word is required. Experience with Power BI, Primavera P6, or project management platforms such as Smartsheet, *******, or Jira is preferred. Professional certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, PMI-SP, or equivalent are considered an advantage.

This is a contract position based in Riyadh. The role requires a professional who can effectively coordinate within complex, multi-functional environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
