About the Role
Worley is seeking a PMO Project Coordinator to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time position offers an opportunity to support project execution within a global company specializing in energy, chemicals, and resources. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.
Role Context and Responsibilities
As a PMO Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by coordinating various project activities. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress against milestones, managing risks and action items across multiple projects, and ensuring timely delivery of project outputs. You will be instrumental in maintaining project documentation and records, facilitating communication through meeting coordination, and ensuring adherence to established PMO processes and reporting requirements.
- Support the PMO in coordinating project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, and action items across multiple projects.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Maintain project documentation, registers, and PMO records.
- Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on assigned actions.
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes, governance, and reporting requirements.
- Support resource planning, project controls, and performance tracking activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline. While formal experience is not strictly required, a background in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration is preferred. This role is ideal for individuals early in their careers looking to gain experience in project management environments.

Required Skills
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
