Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

KTek Resourcing is seeking an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience to manage infrastructure operations and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure operations, including End User Services (EUS), server environments, and network environments.
• Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Act as the primary interface between customers and delivery teams.
• Oversee incident management processes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Technical Expertise

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of server hardware from multiple vendors.
• Proficiency with remote management tools.
• Experience with software and hardware RAID configurations.
• Possess clear understanding of network fundamentals and topology.
• Familiarity with data center operations.

Business Development and Strategy

• Understand new business cases and client needs.
• Develop new organizational structures and effective solutions.
• Demonstrate delivery methodologies to prospective clients.
• Perform costing and pricing for new business cases.
• Identify challenges in existing delivery processes and areas for new business offerings.
• Define new delivery methodologies.
• Identify and define skills and capabilities for new managers, including development needs.
• Establish different thresholds for achievements.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT service delivery and infrastructure management. The role requires strong technical knowledge and proven abilities in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
