About the Role

Awtad Real Estate, a premier real estate company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Interior Designer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves designing innovative and aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with client needs and aspirations. The Interior Designer will play a key role in enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of properties.

Role Overview

The Interior Designer will work closely with architects, clients, and contractors to translate conceptual ideas into comprehensive design solutions. This position requires expertise in both architectural and interior design to ensure projects meet Awtad’s standards for quality, sustainability, and excellence in real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and project requirements.
• Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and renderings for architectural and interior projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with design concepts and offer cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers throughout the design and construction phases.
• Stay updated with current design trends, innovative materials, and technologies within the industry.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural or interior design.
• Demonstrated creativity and passion for design.
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role involves working within a dynamic team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders including architects, clients, and contractors.
