About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller - Spare Parts to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is critical for managing and maintaining the accuracy of automotive spare parts inventory within our operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in inventory control methodologies to ensure efficient warehouse operations and precise stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records specifically for automotive spare parts.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts, alongside comprehensive physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and effectively resolve all identified inventory discrepancies.
• Process inventory transactions with precision within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor stock movements continuously to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate closely with the Warehouse, Procurement, and Operations teams to optimize inventory flow.
• Generate detailed inventory reports and propose corrective actions based on findings.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an inventory control role, preferably within an automotive spare parts environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with cycle counting methodologies.
• Proven ability in inventory reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory management and transaction processing.
