Investment Manager

About the Role

BSinvestment is seeking an experienced and results-driven Investment Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing and developing the Group’s investment portfolio, identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to support investment decisions and maximize long-term value. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and optimize the Group’s existing investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Proactively identify, source, and evaluate new investment opportunities across different sectors and markets.
• Conduct financial analysis, investment valuations, feasibility studies, and due diligence to assess potential investments.
• Develop and implement investment strategies and annual investment plans aligned with the Group’s objectives.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Evaluate potential investment acquisitions, follow-on investments, and exit opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, economic developments, and industry opportunities to support informed investment decisions.
• Coordinate with finance, legal teams, external advisors, and investment partners throughout the investment process.
• Support investment negotiations, transaction execution, and closing activities.
• Ensure investment activities comply with internal governance policies, risk management frameworks, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in investment management, portfolio management, private equity, asset management, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, investment valuation, financial analysis, and due diligence.
• Demonstrated ability to identify investment opportunities and assess financial and commercial risks.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic investment team at BSinvestment. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve investment objectives.
