About the Role

Tahaluf is seeking an Investor Program Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to integrating deep expertise in gaming investment and deal-making into the Investor and Startup Programme infrastructure. The primary mandate involves designing investment programs and deal-making activations to establish gaming events as leading investment events in the global gaming calendar. The role also supports investor programming across the broader Investor and Startup program portfolio, leveraging sector knowledge and investor relationships to add value.

Gaming Investment Program Responsibilities

  • Design investment programs and deal-making formats for gaming conferences that attract international investors, publishers, and funds, setting a global standard for capital-meets-talent events.
  • Build and manage the gaming investor pipeline, identifying gaming VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds with gaming mandates, angel networks, and accelerator programs, and conducting targeted outreach.
  • Manage the investor application and vetting process, verifying fund credentials, investment thesis alignment, and genuine intent to engage with gaming studios and founders.
  • Develop content and formats for all gaming investment activations, including reverse pitches, hosted buyer programs, closed-door investor roundtables, and live deal-making showcases.
  • Collaborate with the B2B Content Producer to ensure the investment content track is credible, current, and attracts the appropriate calibre of participant.
  • Design the end-to-end investor experience, encompassing investor lounges, curated sessions, concierge meetings, and investor-only programming to deliver a premium environment.
  • Oversee the investor-side matchmaking process, working with internal teams to ensure high match quality and deal relevance.
  • Manage investor delegate communications, matchmaking logistics, and on-site facilitation to ensure the program delivers tangible outcomes beyond introductions.
  • Track and report on investment program outcomes, including deals initiated, capital committed, and follow-up meetings generated.

Cross-Portfolio Investor Support

  • Support investor programs across other Investor & Startup program portfolio events by contributing investor relationships, outreach, and programming input where sector knowledge adds value.
  • Contribute to investor outreach campaigns across portfolio events in collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide investor program coverage for senior team members during high-volume pre-event and on-ground periods.
  • Curate a balanced, high-quality investor room for each assigned event, reflecting its sector focus and strategic objectives.
  • Program investor-focused roundtables, LP introductions, and deal-flow sessions in collaboration with the special value programs team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records in internal management tools, covering fund details, investment thesis, meeting history, and post-event feedback.
  • Track investor program KPIs across assigned events, including investor count, AUM represented, meetings held, investment signals generated, and investor NPS.
  • Conduct post-event investor debriefs, gather feedback, and share improvement recommendations with the program lead.
  • Maintain and nurture investor relationships year-round, ensuring continuity into future editions.
  • Develop new ideas for value-driven investor program features and lead concept note development for future editions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in the gaming investment landscape, including VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds with gaming mandates, and angel networks.
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) curating and managing high-touch investor experiences, focusing on genuine investor engagement design.
  • Deep expertise in gaming investment and deal-making, with an understanding of funding rounds, publishing deals, and M&A transactions in gaming, and knowledge of regional investors, funds, and studios, particularly across Saudi Arabia and MENA.
  • Understanding of the gaming investment chain, from pre-seed accelerators through to sovereign capital deployment.
  • Experience with investor management platforms, CRM tools, and event management systems.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Strong existing network within the gaming and tech investment community, particularly in MENA, APAC, or Europe.
  • Sector knowledge in cybersecurity, fintech, or other technology verticals is an advantage for cross-portfolio event support.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, capable of managing senior investor relationships with professionalism and discretion.
  • Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous events with different investors, geographies, and sector focuses.
  • Ability to engage confidently in investor conversations and hold discussions with fund managers, portfolio directors, and publishing executives.
  • Capable of designing investor programs from the ground up that attract international capital and elevate gaming investment activations.
  • Equally capable of integrating into broader Investor and Startup programs across events, adding immediate value through relationships and sector credibility.
