About the Opportunity

Jobskey Search & Selection has been retained by a prominent Saudi Exchange-listed real estate development and investment company, based in Riyadh, to identify a highly qualified Corporate Governance and Investor Relations Senior Specialist. This full-time position is integral to the company's operations, focusing on maintaining robust governance frameworks and effective investor communications. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Investor Relations, Board and Governance.

Role Responsibilities

The Corporate Governance and Investor Relations Senior Specialist will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, ensuring compliance and effective communication within the company's governance and investor relations framework. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting Saudi Exchange announcements and governance disclosures, coordinating their filing within CMA deadlines.
  • Preparing board and committee calendars, meeting packs, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Coordinating general assemblies from end to end, including notices, e-voting, proxies, quorum management, minutes, and post-meeting filings.
  • Acting as the working-level contact for the major shareholder's office.
  • Maintaining comprehensive governance records and filings across the group's subsidiaries and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess a strong background in corporate governance and investor relations within a regulated environment. Specific experience requirements include:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in corporate governance, board secretariat, investor relations, or listed-company compliance.
  • At least 2 years of this experience must have been gained within a Saudi Exchange-listed or CMA-regulated entity.
  • Demonstrated experience with at least one full general assembly cycle.
  • Hands-on experience with Saudi Exchange disclosure processes.

Educational Background and Skills

The ideal candidate will combine relevant academic qualifications with practical skills essential for the role:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.
  • CME, GRC, or other governance certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of the Saudi Companies Law and CMA Corporate Governance Regulations.
  • Strong drafting skills in both Arabic and English are essential for preparing official communications and documents.
